Wente Vineyards is het oudste familiebedrijf van het land. De wijnen worden 100% duurzaam geteeld en gekweekt in de Livermore Valley, Sanfransico Bay en Arroyo Seco, Montery appellations. De wijnmakerij is eigendom van en wordt beheerd door de vierde en vijfde generatie van de Wente familie. De familie die bekend staat om hun invloed op het maken van Californische Chardonnay.

Proefnotitie

Mooi rond, vol, smeuïg en rijk. We proeven ingedroogd fruit, kersen, pruimen en een vleugje leer. 

Drinken bij

Een mooi stuk vlees, gelakt buikspek, stoof. Mag met een volle (en een pietsje zoete) jus.
